Susan Bell grew up helping her Mom in the kitchen, and this training came in handy when Susan was diagnosed with celiac disease. Susan found the challenge to make a good gluten-free loaf of bread daunting, but got to work experimenting. When she had progressed in making gluten-free breads and muffins to the point where others wanted her recipes (even those who didn't have to eat gluten-free food), she knew she had achieved success.
She continued converting and creating recipes and completed a cookbook. She has written, Gluten Free Cooking Made Easy: Delicious Recipes for Everyone now in its second edition. She enjoys book signings and cooking classes because of the opportunity to meet such wonderful people who are willing to learn and to share what they have learned.
